Zenovly provides custom AI intake chatbot widgets as a managed service. We build, host, and maintain the widget on your behalf. You receive a snippet of code to embed on your website.
We aim to deliver a staging link within 48 hours of receiving your completed briefing document. Delivery timelines assume prompt response to our questions.
You are responsible for ensuring the chatbot is used in compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including GDPR, CCPA, and any professional conduct rules governing your practice.
The chatbot widget code remains the property of Zenovly. You receive a perpetual licence to embed and use the widget for the duration of your active subscription.
Zenovly's liability is limited to the fees paid in the most recent 3-month period. We are not liable for missed leads, lost revenue, or consequential damages.
