When you submit a demo request or contact form, we collect your name, email address, firm name, and industry. This information is sent directly to ryan@zenovly.com and is not stored in any third-party CRM.

Zenovly provides custom AI intake chatbot widgets as a managed service. We build, host, and maintain the widget on your behalf. You receive a snippet of code to embed on your website.
We aim to deliver a staging link within 48 hours of receiving your completed briefing document. Delivery timelines assume prompt response to our questions.
You are responsible for ensuring the chatbot is used in compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including GDPR, CCPA, and any professional conduct rules governing your practice.
The chatbot widget code remains the property of Zenovly. You receive a perpetual licence to embed and use the widget for the duration of your active subscription.
Zenovly's liability is limited to the fees paid in the most recent 3-month period. We are not liable for missed leads, lost revenue, or consequential damages.

If your widget is not live and working within 48 hours of us receiving your completed brief, or if you are not satisfied for any reason within the first 14 calendar days of your setup payment, we will refund your setup fee in full.
Email ryan@zenovly.com with subject line "Refund Request — [Your Firm Name]". We process all refund requests within 5 business days. No forms, no lengthy process.
Monthly retainer payments are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced. If you cancel, your widget remains active until the end of the paid period.
Refunds are not available if: (a) you have requested and received revisions, (b) the widget has been live for more than 14 days, or (c) the delay was caused by failure to supply required briefing materials.
